Mawadah, the association specialized in family stability, held the meeting of its 11th general assembly attended by Her Highness Princess Lolwa Bint Nawaf Al Saud , Chairperson of the Board of Directors, members of the General Assembly and a number of employees.
The opening of the meeting was addressed by the board chairperson Princess Lolwa who confirmed that the Association has expanded its projects and goals on developmental basis aiming to maintain the family entity and stability in the context of our vision to empower the Saudi family for a cohesive society.
Her Highness added that our future plans are topped by establishing a training center providing training and awareness programs and rehabilitation programs for family consultants and establishing a research center to provide us with reliable information.
Her Highness concluded by thanking the general assembly members and the work team and appraised the fruitful efforts of developing the Association.
The CEO of Mawaddah Mrs. Kholood Al-Tamimi talked in details about the most outstanding achievements of the Association during the year and what progress is accomplished at the administrative, social and charitable levels. She confirmed the majestic mission of the Association along years of societal work and ongoing struggle to attain the best outcome of participating effectively in generating innovative solutions to empower families and build a sloid society.
The meeting discussed and approved the auditor report regarding the financial statements of the fiscal year ending 2022. Further discussed and approved the estimated budget of the fiscal year 2023.
Finally, the board of directors discussed the work of the
general assembly during the last fiscal year and approved the proposed
operation plan for the new fiscal year.
